It appears to me that a new day is dawning. More are reading than they are yawning. People are less attentive to me and I am glad 'cause my name is NOT cookie!

It takes so very little to be kind, that I am put off by those that think they are fine.

To preach a word in season and out can be done without a pout.

You and I though countries removed
Are so like each other.
Simple and fine, not given to wine.
Having one abusive husband and a house full of kitties for you
And doggies for me, makes us free.
It sets us free to be who Christ wants us to be, without pretense because we don't have a fence.

You live in an apartment, I in a home. Much time we are alone. Other than the nagging thought that we praise God first and that we are not nagging wives. I believe if I was me, I would do what the Bible suggests, and your now growing readership can study the Bible for the rest.

I care to bless you this manic Monday, Sandra, because it is no longer Sunday!

I will be gone away today, but hoping to not stay away. I have to pray that our team remains strong, for it won't be long before Christ appears for us.

And we will be ready.
And we will be watching.
And we will not cower at the wages of the plougher.
For we know our beginning and we know our end and I find great delight that you are my friend.

You are so right. When I am having a tough day, something as simple as a smile or a "How are you", even if it's from a stranger, really helps. I try to do the same for others too.
