The 30 Day Squat Challenge I am doing

This is the 30 day squat challenge I began yesterday that I promised I would share. Today is day 2 and I cant wait for day 3.

    Day 3 60 squats completed and I am looking forward to tomorrow as a rest day :-)

    Yes it looks like a lot and I have bad knees also but I figure I will go as far as I can go without pushing myself too far. If I don't make it all the way I will just start again at day 1 until the 30 days are up. I completed my day 2 squats this morning and I thought it would be harder than it was to d 50 yesterday and 55 today but it hasn't been so far. One day at a time is all I can do.

    250 squats? My knee isn't having any of that. You will definitely be in shape with that routine.
