So excited! I lost 4 pounds this week!
I really think that switching from weighing monthly to weighing in weekly is more successful. It keeps me more accountable during the week. I tracked my food intake in my sparkpeople iphone app tracker and have been becoming more active and getting more exercise in. I was not expecting a 4 pound loss. I am shocked but excited.
I am officially in the 180's now!!! So happy! Almost to my goal of 160!
On a different note, I decided to dye my hair darker. I think it looks ok. I really like my darker hair. I just needed a little change.
