Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer: Day 8

I'm going into day 8 of a bodybuilding plan, and I am really enjoying the switch in activity. I always like switching it up, but mostly between types of cardio. I am still doing cardio but am focusing on gaining strength which is pretty cool.

Today is Chest/Triceps and I will be doing:

Wide Pushups
3 sets of 12 reps

Dumbbell Bench Press
3 sets of 12 reps

Flat Bench Cable Flyes
3 sets of 12 reps

Narrow Pushups
3 sets of 12 reps

Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extension
3 sets of 12 reps

Triceps Pushdown
3 sets of 12 reps

So the actual plan is difficult in that its building muscle but it doesn't take a lot of time so that's nice. I usually throw cardio in too just because that is what I'm used to doing.

I haven't been following the meal plan though, it has a lot of meat/dairy in it and I am not a big fan. But last week I focused on completing the first week of weights. This week I am going to work on adding in some better nutrition.

On a whole other note, I am taking Burke to the Santa Claus Parade and am very excited! Although I realized one of my profile pictures is from last year's parade! So it's a bit old lol.
