This is my morning blog, so I will blog more later. Last night my legs finally agreed with my body and I made it to bed, no help needed. No dreams and no rest as I woke several times. Currently I am just tired enough to need more sleep and just awake enough, that if I went back to bed I would lay there unable to fall asleep (it is real bummer). Made breakfast this morning and lost all muscle control for a minute and my breakfast ended up on the floor. I remade my breakfast, it was good, but weight loss has gotten to the point where eating my two egg sandwich is too much. Starting tomorrow I will change it to one egg. My stomach hurts from eating too much.

PS: I am going to modify the amount I eat for lunch and dinner and have Sparkpeople site recalculate calorie range based on new weight.
