The Long Explore

Saturday, November 16, 2013

I have reaped a wonderful and unexpected benefit in my journey to fitness. Being outside walking hiking and climbing my way to a hundred pound loss has led me to a new familiarity with the nearby woods and back roads. I have been able to see and experience the beauty of the Vermont landscape and have developed a profound respect and appreciation for this little town at the base of the mountain.

Beautiful photos -- I love Vermont - you are so lucky to live in such a beautiful state! I was born in Connecticut and lived there until I was 10. We use to travel to Vermont and Maine a lot! Congrats on your amazing weight loss emoticon
