I am still doing well. I can't believe it! 4 days now! I haven't been able to make it past a day without binge eating lately. I made it 4 days though! I have been reading Brain over Binge to keep that knowledge in the front of my mind. I even went out for lunch yesterday with a coworker and didn't go crazy with the chips and salsa. I am proud of myself. I don't have an eating plan exactly. I am tracking and trying to get more lean protein and veggies in, but I am not making anything off limits right now. Just working on the binge eating first. I am trying to pay attention to my hunger and fullness. That is something that I never really learned. It is an interesting feeling! It is all too easy to ignore it and keep eating when something is yummy or comforting! I need to keep this momentum and focus and see where it takes me.
