Another late one this week emoticon

This week has been okay, my head is just focused on getting through my half marathon a week from today so everything else mentally at least has been pushed to one side. Big events are all consuming.

I'm feeling pretty good, my leg is at me, an injury I picked up during the summer is starting to flare up again but I am not so bad I can't exercise. I'm just being aware of my limitations and the point at which I'm pushing too hard and working around it. The last thing I want is to have to pull out of the race.

I maintained this week - again - which I am not too happy with but I think its related to my cycle. I have been feeling bloated the earlier part of the week and that is gone now. My clothes feel better than they did a few days ago. I'm one of those women who suffers quite a bit from water retention at certain times of the month so it can mess up the scales but so long as the number doesn't get bigger I am happy.

I've started wearing clothes I haven't worn in years, things I felt were too small that now fit or things I wasn't confident enough to wear. Its a good feeling.

    You can do it and you are probably right about the reason for the weight staying even this week.
