Hmmm… went over my daily points allowance yesterday… “treated” myself to porridge in the evening… didn’t think my weekly safety net points allowance would cover that as well as the meal out we had on Wednesday… but when I take into account the points I’ve earned by exercising, it turns out I still have 6 weekly points left. Amazing.
Not as planned though. I wasn’t intending to eat my exercise points, as someone said that if I miscalculate them I could eat more than I should. Hopefully I’ve calculated them right and I’ll still lose this week.
The thing is though, when you exercise more, you should eat more shouldn’t you? I mean, if you think of the extreme situation… I wouldn’t want to run a marathon and not be able to eat any of my exercise points earned. It wouldn’t be good would it?...
And as I am intending to gradually increase my exercise, I will need to eat at least some of the points, so maybe I ought to start doing that now and see what happens…
On the bright side… I got my 250 November fitness minutes trophy!
Can I get a 500 for November? Yes of course I can!
And a 1000 one in December?

11. How often do you participate in physical activity and for how long each time? Are you satisfied with that?
I’m satisfied with what I’ve done this week, considering a coupla weeks ago I was struggling to get myself to even do a 10 minute walk… but I want to keep increasing what I’m doing little by little, until I get to the point where I’m in a good routine and doing a variety of things.
