I have to change some of my eating habits. I probably do what a lot of people do. I start out eating healthy. After a while I get bored with the "healthy" food.
I need to expand the type of food that I eat. My family doesn't like change so I have just tried to make over the recipes that I can. That has limited the food I can make.
I have decided to go through the spark recipes and plan meals for a couple of weeks. I have found a chicken and broccoli recipe that looks really good. I also found a crispy chicken recipe that I thought would go good with my mashed potatoes that I make with broth instead of milk and butter. Add some green beans and it is perfect. Have a lettuce salad to start add a little homemade apple sauce and Yum!!!
I can't waite to find more recipes now. I'll try to figure out this meal planning thing.
