16. If I could change one thing about myself, it would be _______. How and why would you make that change?

Actually I can't think of anything I would change. Maybe my lack of ST in my workout week. I know I need to do it, but I am still having trouble getting motivated to do it. Okay, and my occasional bout of perfectionism can go away too. I try to avoid the all or nothing thinking of perfectionism, by attempting to accept that I am doing my best on a day to day basis. Sometimes that works, but sometimes...


Cooper is getting 4 walks today. Not that he is spoiled or anything. LOL!! We had a relaxed morning. Just chilled before heading out for our morning walk. That is my favorite way to start the day... no pressure just a smooth transition to the waking world. I do best if I minimize stress. Exercise helps decrease symptoms, as does plenty of sunshine and healthy food, but if I let myself get too stressed all my problems flare up.
