Day 1 with the trainer. He said he went easy on me so I wouldn't feel like I'd been hit by a truck tomorrow - three hours later, I'm feeling fine except OMG the seat on their exercise bike is terrible. So bad, I'm tempted to bring my own, except it's not all that easy on/easy off.

The plan is to have someone else photograph me for future updates. I want to do this monthly or so. Also, holy white sports socks, batman! Time to find some black ones, 'cause, wow.

    Hi Dusty!

I'm seeing him 3x a week, if the workouts follow the pattern that we did Friday it's some light cardio for warm-up, some strength & stretching, then cardio for cool down. I ended up doing several minutes of yoga this morning because I felt stiff, but I'm thinking it's not a bad routine!
