Upward shift on the scale

For some reason I decided to hop on the scale this morning. I am up 3 pounds since my last weigh in on October 31st. If I'm honest with myself, I can't say that I'm really surprised. Although I have been consistent with my exercise, I have been eating at the upper end of my calorie range. Not only that, I actually ate over my range three days last week. So, with those observations, I guess I need to eat in the low to mid range of my calorie range for the next couple of weeks. Hopefully, by the end of November I'll be back to where I was at the end of October.

    It has been so long since I have moved on the scale I just about went crazy but, I am now on the move again to get back to my original goal weight that the Dr. sat for me.After four years the scale seems to go really slow at times but it is picking up again.

    Please DON'T give up or get to figuring fast ways to get things going.You have come so far and I just know that you will continue to.Just remember this:

    "You can never gain too far from your goal, that you can't return and lose it!" emoticon
