For some reason I decided to hop on the scale this morning. I am up 3 pounds since my last weigh in on October 31st. If I'm honest with myself, I can't say that I'm really surprised. Although I have been consistent with my exercise, I have been eating at the upper end of my calorie range. Not only that, I actually ate over my range three days last week. So, with those observations, I guess I need to eat in the low to mid range of my calorie range for the next couple of weeks. Hopefully, by the end of November I'll be back to where I was at the end of October.
