DAYS 80 & 81
Lackluster days regarding fitness & health.....

DAY 82
Finally pulled myself together and walked 70 minutes for 4.2 miles. Molly, our dog, was happy -- her first walk with me since I returned from my trip.

Interesting how exercising helps with staying on task with food choices, too.
