So I'm crankin up the tunes for some Friday Bring-it-on dance time!
I will be getting off of work early and ready for an awesome workout when I get home!
Went shopping yesterday and got lots of healthy choices for munching/lunching thru the weekend!
Veggie veggies & more veggies... whole wheat noodles, brown rice, rotel-no salt or sugar added...fruit, fruit and more fruit! Boneless skinless Chicken breast, ground lean turkey so many
Monday I am starting a "Through the Holidays" challenge with my Done Girls.
I am so vamped!
To say the least! LOL
I need this to guide me thru the holidays!
I have been searching for this for that recipes & have found lovely choices!
Example: Traditional Mashed potatoes is my *this* I am trading them for steamed mashed sweet potatoes my *that*!
Finding healthy alternatives is becoming a winning game for me! I love it!
