25 minutes on the bike this morning, with 4 HIIT cycles.

That makes it five out of five weekdays that I've exercised, which is fabulous.

And I've got some functional fitness planned for the weekend, as it's time to rake up the leaves in the yard.

Had some additional positive scale feedback this morning, too.
