Had a good day yesterday. 31 ww points. 3 pints of water. 40 minute walk plus walking around town shopping. Got some leggings from M&S only £9.50 and 2 walking tops in a sale at Mountain Warehouse for £3.50 and £3.99. Unusual to be able to get my size anywhere, but in a sale too? I was so pleased! :-)

Oh that would be by thinking I’ve lost a bit of weight this week so I can afford to have a little extra to eat and I’ll still lose weight next week….. flawed logic!....
