Today I slept in a little, but still got my workout in. I tried the SP Cardio Blast 80's Aerobics workout. It was just 20 minutes with the warm up and cool down, but I still got my heart rate up. Then I did one of my short yoga dvd's.
I went to the dentist today, then to work just for a few hours. Made another new recipe for dinner~Chicken Spaghetti Bake~very yummy! Hubby went to the golf course and invited me to go, but it was just too cold for me. I wish I would have because I just looked at my fitbit and I didn't get my minimum steps in again~ugh!
1. Do a workout in the morning~YES
2. Drink 8 glasses water~YES
3. 5,000 steps daily (at least)~NO (4034 steps)
4. Track food~YES (1596 cals)
