Just Do It

I had to exercise and trick my just do it muscle to get on the elliptical today. I came back from work and was hit with an overwhelming wave of exhaustion. I am glad I did do thirty minutes on the elliptical, especially after a not healthy dinner even though I stayed in most of my ranges for the day. I was about to over rule my just do it muscle that was arguing it would take so much time if you just did it then it could be over. I tricked myself by saying well I will just not if my weight is still the same after this week of being really good. Well, it was down a lb, meaning only one more until 25 down. So I was like I guess I need to go to keep losing and made my self go for at least 30 minutes. I actually ended up going the fastest I have gone yet. I did most of the time at 3.7/4.1 on level 3. Woo Hoo! It will make tomorrow's rest day feel so much better.
