Hello everyone! I haven't blogged in a few days (4, to be exact), but I am still here and still going strong! Been a bit busy so I haven't been on my computer much these past couple days but I am still exercising and eating right.
My biggest obstacle lately has been a bad sweet tooth. I know everyone gets them (well, mostly everyone) but lately it's been pretty bad.
Solution: Fiber One 90 Calorie Fudge Brownie Bars!
They really help curb that sweet craving and taste yummy! Grab one for a snack and go. Just as long as you don't eat the whole box.
According to my scale here, which is a really old analog one, it says I'm down to 250 lbs! However, I'm not going to track my weight until I weigh myself at my friend Kels' house tomorrow on their nice digital scale. Hopefully it'll be more accurate (or I really HAVE lost 10 lbs!)
I hope everyone has been taking big steps this week to reach their goals!
