Goals were met for today. Barely. I just finished today's boot camp video at 9:45-but I finished it. I'm wishing I had some time for a cup of hot tea, but I know sleep is more important. We've had so much going on's hard to think about what I can say that will be motivating or thoughtful. My mind is kind of blank by bedtime. It always helps to set my small, daily goals though.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat well and track food
-3-4 mile run + boot camp video
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10
