Lunch: Chewy Bar, Apples, and Yogurt





Dinner: Some Pizza, not my wisest choice



Snacks: Lemonade and Peanut Butter Sandwich





And of course, Water!



Tomorrow, I'm trying some new smoothie recipes.

    What a clever way of reporting what you eat. One of the lessons I have been learning is to become more aware of what I have been eating. I have found the menu tracker here on Spark People a wonderful tool. I have also begun to use some of the recipes given here on this sight and have found them to be not so bad.
I wish you much success as you progress on your journey toward healthy living.
