Soup Or Olive Oil?

This may seem like an odd question, but according to HEALTH-The Reader's Digest Version one of these choices may be your answer if dessert after a meal is your downfall. Their advice, as I have also read here on Spark is - always order a cup of healthy soup {vegetable, noodle, tomato} or a slice of bread with two tablespoons of dipping olive oil as your starter. Either of these will fill you up so you'll eat less later. In fact olive oil prompts the release of a stomach hormone called cholecystokinin, which suppresses appetite.
