Today will hopefully prove the theory that eliminating dairy reduces cramps from PMS. So far, I feel the usual wave of fatigue that I get every month, but my cramps haven't been horrible (they usually are). I've also been taking Aleve yesterday and today, so that's helping, too.
I haven't had anything dairy all week, except for trace dairy ingredients in some of the processed food I consumed. I'm jonesing for a big cheese pizza, a real milk latte, ice cream, chocolate, you name it, I want it!
I soothed myself instead with a soy latte (decaf!). I'll just have to wait and see whether this experiment works or not. If it does work, and I don't have severe cramps, I may become an occasional vegan!
