No sugar cravings:)
Made some pumpkin protein muffins and chocolate almond butter cookies...no sugar added. Lots of chicken and veggies around here and some fruit.
Been sleeping great, working out like a beast and eating yummy foods:)

rowing like a machine:)
I have also done enough burpees to last a lifetime! Since when is that active recovery??
1969.60 miles for the year...looking forward to hitting 2000!
