The training program is working. I'm adding to my running time. Another endorsement of listen to your body and everyone is an experiment of one.
Training Program: Repeat with timed running intervals, 30 seconds running & 1 minute walking
Finished 2.2 miles walking & running
Finish time: 34 minutes plus seconds
Pace: under 16 minute miles
I looked at my beepless stopwatch and saw the time but unfortunately it didn't stop when I thought I stopped it. Beeping is important. So I'm guessing on the seconds and pace is not exact.
There's an app for that!!! I downloaded an interval timer to my iPhone.
Now I'm going to find a stopwatch app. Training can continue. But I miss my watch. A watch is more convenient and it is smaller ... and a watch is a watch. Yes, I'm old-fashioned, I look at my wrist to find out the time.
