Just a check in, to keep myself. I am on day three of using the Fitbit. I have increased the number of steps each of the days which is a move in the right direction.
I have a doctor appt in early December, and I would like to be down 3 or 4 lbs by that time. I don't expect the process to be fast. Time has shown me that I have a slow metabolism and have to work harder at this.
I think blogging about this will help keep me focused on the goal.
