I have started to take better care of myself again. I did wake up and put on my outfit but thats as far as I got. I went back to bed. But, I did delay breakfast to the time I would have eaten if I had done the workout. I'm trying to get used to that.

I have done some chores, dishes/laundry, taken care of the emoticon kitty. I also took a shower and before I got in the water I tried 'Dry Brushing'. I bought the brush at vitacost for less than 10$. Here is a pretty good video from Shan Therapy on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v
=lteWHwj9HCg It didn't hurt. I was afraid that it might hurt but it kind of felt pretty good. I did buy a slightly softer brush.

I also used raw honey as a facial scrub because I'm still healing from this dreadful virus. It gave me a terrible red rash on my face and broke the skin. I did see the doctor and she said it was just a virus. I was so happy to hear that I didn't have to take nasty antibiotics. Hate those. I still feel emoticon tired. But, I'm trying to pick myself up out of this illness. I'm also applying vit. E oil topically. It really made a difference when I was a kid and had to heal from my burns, so I'm pretty sure it will help.

I had to take some ibuprofen for residual muscle soreness. It might be from work or it might be from being sick. I might try foam rolling. I hear good things about it. I bought a roller and then I got sick and haven't really tried using it.
