I'm updating my will using US Legal Forms. www.uslegalforms.com/
For $20 you get a downloadable word doc you can customize, including making trust funds for minor children. If you don't have a will, you should do this today. This is a loving gift to ensure your family knows your wishes.
If you have a will, you may still need to update it if you've had a big life event: birth or death in the family, marriage or divorce, moving to a new state or coming into a whole lot of money. I hope the latter happens to all of us!
