Second weigh in this week. Why? Because it's so good! 171.8 (-1.6).

How often should I weigh myself? Once a week. But in reality, it's daily. One joy of not sharing a room is having the privacy of recording my weight on a paper calendar on my dresser. And usually I only record my weight on Spark People once a week. I have all the signs of a "compulsive weigher." And I"m not the only one. There's multiple articles and message threads asking how often to weigh yourself.

    I am compulsive about weighting myself too but I wait a week before changing my weight in Spark because it fluctuates. T

    The socks do make a difference - lol - I check my weight often but only record a loss on spark as I am aware of that 8-10 pound fluctuation due to bodily functions - your normal !
