I've been experimenting with a few different free apps on my phone for fitness tracking.
The two that I find myself using every day and loving are "Lose It" and the 7 minute workout app. I was using the spark app but actually find "Lose It" easier and more intuitive to use.
The 7 minute workout app gives you no excuse for not fitting in mini-workouts during your day. The workout is simple, however, it definitely accomplishes a lot in those 7 minutes.
I've been recovering from a flu turned sinusitis but so it's fun to slowly add back the fitness and nutrition tracking in spurts.
Anyone else using and loving fitness phone apps? What are your faves?
