Fitness phone apps I'm loving

emoticon I've been experimenting with a few different free apps on my phone for fitness tracking.

The two that I find myself using every day and loving are "Lose It" and the 7 minute workout app. I was using the spark app but actually find "Lose It" easier and more intuitive to use.

The 7 minute workout app gives you no excuse for not fitting in mini-workouts during your day. The workout is simple, however, it definitely accomplishes a lot in those 7 minutes.

I've been recovering from a flu turned sinusitis but so it's fun to slowly add back the fitness and nutrition tracking in spurts. emoticon emoticon

Anyone else using and loving fitness phone apps? What are your faves?

    THANKS for this blog..I am trying Diet piggyback where you count down to get a craving food.it helps you manage your overeating urges....
