I hopped on the treadmill hoping that I will get another great workout and within a few minutes, I was pretty much done.
I just felt very tired in the legs. I ended up just walking the rest of the mile so that I can log in at least something!
Today is my Monday and it will be a short week, ending on Saturday. Unfortunately I can no longer pick up extra hours - so the rest of November, I will be on part time status.
I go full time with a new position in December with a substantial raise!!!
Anyway, I hope tomorrow I will get my groove back with the treadmill! I think my legs need a small break.
I am also hoping that I will see movement on the scale! I hit a plateau and actually increased my weight some. Now I am working that weight off. I really hate working off what I have worked off before
My goal between now and December 31st is to be in the 160s. The holidays might be my downfall...
If I do go on vacation to visit my parents in January, I could expect an increase of probably 5 pounds...my parents do know how to eat!
