Day 228 - Just Not Feeling It...

I hopped on the treadmill hoping that I will get another great workout and within a few minutes, I was pretty much done. emoticon

I just felt very tired in the legs. I ended up just walking the rest of the mile so that I can log in at least something! emoticon

Today is my Monday and it will be a short week, ending on Saturday. Unfortunately I can no longer pick up extra hours - so the rest of November, I will be on part time status. emoticon

I go full time with a new position in December with a substantial raise!!! emoticon

Anyway, I hope tomorrow I will get my groove back with the treadmill! I think my legs need a small break. emoticon

I am also hoping that I will see movement on the scale! I hit a plateau and actually increased my weight some. Now I am working that weight off. I really hate working off what I have worked off before emoticon

My goal between now and December 31st is to be in the 160s. The holidays might be my downfall... emoticon

If I do go on vacation to visit my parents in January, I could expect an increase of probably 5 parents do know how to eat! emoticon

    You finished your exercise and that's what counts - I work a swing shift right now I understand how those hours have an effect - Congrats on the New Job ! emoticon Enjoy your visit with your Parents !

    Some Sparkers schedule in (or have a floating) rest day so the ol' bod can catch up. I've heard pros and cons . . . but it is important to listen to your body (just make sure it's not the negative committee in your head saying I don't wanna).

I had the same problem this morning on the eliptical. So, i did 5 minutes . . . and went outside and walked around the yard for half an hour. Then I did another 5 minutes on the eliptical..... will do more later . . . .
