Today is a big day for my fellow sparker who is having total knee replacement. She has been in a lot of pain for a long time now and finally the day is here for her to get relief. Please send your prayers and kind thoughts to her, the medical staff caring for her.
Everybody has their challenges daily, whether large or small, but we can always count on Spark support from each other. It DOES make a difference!

It is very cold her, the puddles ar e frozen solid, but DD finally got the last of the leaves mulched and blown to the fence , so we are now set for winter. The temp got up to a hot, balmy 40 degrees yesterday, so she went out and braved the very high winds to get this last chore done.
today I can finally get those big packages to the post office so those Christmas gifts will be where they are supposed to be by next week.
I have lots of cleaning chores to catch up on before going back to work tomorrow, so today is a good cardio at home day.
