I am not sure how to pull myself out of this downward move. I need to get out before I undo all that I have done in 13 weeks. So I will try again

goals
1. 10 min of exercise
2. drink 8 glasses of water

    Great! Way to get back on track by just hitting the restart button. I did that, and that's why I'm back at Sparkpeople, but I did/do have some lost ground to regain first. It's not the worst thing, and it's really been part of my process. I am at 20% lost, and so I still have a long way to go, but getting back on track is part of it. I'm glad you're getting back to it!

    emoticon emoticon emoticon I have several pictures in the motivation part of my start page that I look at every day because I need to remind myself everyday. == "Today is a new day" == the Pooh quote about what day is it== and==Forget past mistakes, forget failures forget everything except what you are going to do from this point forward.
You are already hanging in there by blogging and setting goals. It isn't easy, but you can do it.

    I'd rate the food ahead of exercise.......you must eat healthy meals, within your calorie range, to provide the energy for exercise.
