after a few days off - have had a lovely time - very relaxing
Whilst I've not been doing much exercise I have been eating reasonably sensibly
I get back on track as of Monday! Would like to get to 18st 10lbs by 11th December. I'm at 19st 2lbs at the moment so thats 6lbs to lose - its doable right?
