after a few days off - have had a lovely time - very relaxing

Whilst I've not been doing much exercise I have been eating reasonably sensibly

I get back on track as of Monday! Would like to get to 18st 10lbs by 11th December. I'm at 19st 2lbs at the moment so thats 6lbs to lose - its doable right?

Anyways not much more to tell you

    i am on two weeks holiday but trying to use the time to blitz my workouts and food intake....its going ok....

If you really want to reach that goal make sure you completely commit yourself to doing it and you will be able to make it happen!
