I was on the phone a lot today dealing with an extended family situation that has been ongoing since my grandparents died 6 years ago. Normally when I am stressed like that I head to the kitchen. But I didn't this time. I kept thinking "consistency". In fact I wasn't at all "snacky".

During my workout with my trainer tonight I asked him to time me for the plank challenge. He was very encouraging and impressed that I didn't shake and that I held good form all 60 seconds.
