Mid-November progress

It's not quite half way through the month, but one week from today we will be moving into our new location in IL. So this is the best time for me to get a mid-month progress report accomplished.

These are the Nov. challenges I have been working on:
Spiritual challenge - I've wanted to finish memorizing Galatians, so my challenge is to memorize at least four verses each week.
Physical fitness challenge - it has always been extremely difficult to do the plank exercise, so I have downloaded a 30-day plank challenge to follow and gradually build up my endurance.
Nutrition challenge - I am taking this from Skinny Rules with a challenge to eat at least 25 grams of fiber each day.
Household challenge - there is a strong possibility that we will be moving during November. This would be a good time to work on menu planning. So my challenge is to establish 5 weeks that can be rotated of healthy winter menus with grocery lists.

Spiritual challenge - I'm not sure I've memorized 4 verses each week, but I am almost done with memorizing chapter 4 of Galatians. I'm not going to push to finish the whole book by the end of the year so that I can take time to secure the verses to memory, not just memorize words.
Physical fitness challenge - I have done a plank set almost every day. I started with just barely being able to hold them for 20 seconds each. Currently I am up to 50 seconds.
Nutrition challenge - I haven't been able to calculate the fiber I eat each day, so I'm not sure this is where I want it to be. I know the few days I have been able to track fiber the number is close to 25 grams. With everything that's going on, I am going to readjust this challenge to eating 2 fruits and/or veggies each meal, preferably fresh. To follow that guideline will keep daily fiber close to target.
Household challenge - I have started planning menus and grocery list. I have one week completed to use when we get settled in IL. By next weekend I should be able to work on some more weeks for this challenge.

Overall some progress is being made, but there is definitely room for more!
