Every excuse in the book is what I had this afternoon after work on why not to workout. Which one did I pick to to listen to???? NONE! Whoo who!!! I did it. Thought I was going to die again but I did it!

I did over eat when I was cooking dinner but oops one thing at a time right? At least I worked out and my over snacking was healthier food than it has been for the past couple of months. I snacked on chicken. Not to bad.

I tried on my pants for Friday night...WAY to tight. CRAP
I'm going to take that as my motivator. I've got this. My sister gave me a complement tonight. She said "If anyone can get the pre holiday 12 off and back in shape its You" That made me feel sooooo GREAT! Thanks Sis!!!

Tomorrow will be a lighter day. I've said no to going out to dinner on Thursday, win for me, however I already have my dinner almost made for tomorrow and that is a part of my huge battle these days. Very happy with myself! Hopefully I can get up tomorrow morning but if not I can go before I workout with my trainer.

Tomorrow is going to be a great day!
