My mind is blank tonight...

I'm a day behind on my 28 day boot camp, but I had a good run this afternoon in the sun.

Eating was better today, far from where I should be. Still need more water.

Bed time is in 1 minute.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat well and track food
-30 day shred L2 + 2 boot camp videos
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10
