Aside from my active work day, with the morning freight, lifting of furniture and walking the store all day. I'm also walking a bit more in everyday situations. I'm parking a bit further away from my destinations and doing more reps with weights.
I feel a bit guilty that I'm not on as much recently. I am still trying to find a good balance of early work hours, working out, and sleep... There just aren't enough hours in the day.
I'm going to make sure to set some time aside to get back on each day though, I feel so much better after reading articles and blogging.
