Normally, all child support days are fairly predictable, at least in terms of the issues likely to appear. Today: not so much.
We had one motion to vacate all prior entries: the couple filed for divorce, then withdrew the divorce (without telling the agency) and child support continued for, yes, six years!!
Then, there was a motion to terminate. Couple has been married and divorced three times, and each time, there was a separate court order for child support and not one bit of mention of the prior court orders. So, the agency requested that two of the cases terminate, and that the arrears from each of those cases be incorporated into the third divorce.
