I need to admit up front here that I did not do a workout after work on the 11th. I have a ton of excuses lined up, but I will spare you. An excuse if just an excuse.
Day 12: Woke up at 3 to get ready and head to the airport. The only positive was that the plane was ridiculously empty, so I got the row to myself. I couldn't fall back to sleep, but I did rest, so that was nice. I ate a Kashi bar waiting for my connection, and also walked around a lot. If you've ever connected in Atlanta, you know of the walking opportunity of you decide to walk the concourses instead of taking the tram! Got to Wichita and then started the marathon work day.
Soup and salad for lunch, Subway sandwich for dinner (at 9:30pm!). Asleep at 10 lol
Day 13- Woke up at 7 (darn internal clock!) and did a 2 mile run on the treadmill (was like 20 degrees outside!), showered and then set out on the road. Stopped in Oklahoma City for lunch (soup and salad again) then drove to SW Oklahoma. At hotel #2 now. Planning to do some core exercises and maybe some yoga. I kind of wanted to run, but I don't want to take another shower lol (full of excuses over here!). We're going to dinner somewhere, but there doesn't seem to be many options. Someone mentioned a Mexican restaurant. Calorie-wise, I hope not.
