I have spent this entire day sabotoshing myself with food....I have many reasons I think I may be doing this......while searching through old blogs this is what I wrote exactly 1 year ago.

Although I have lost 35.4 pounds in the last year one thing remains the same if I want to lose weight I have to be on track with food and exercise 100% it just doesn't work for me otherwise!

GET ON TRACK! While I love my fitbit I really wish they would come out with one that is verbally abusive ... I really need it to put me in my place sometimes!

    One year ago you were 80 pounds from your goal. Today you are only 44.6 pounds from your goal. I would call that progress. We can't be on track all the time. We are going to slip up, but we can't let it stop us from getting to that ultimate goal. I would say dust yourself off, and get back to it. I'm sure you are feeling much better with that 35 pounds off your back. Let's gets some more off. When I started this thing again, for the umpteenth time in January, my goal was to lose 10 pounds a month. I am nowhere near that goal. But I am happy for the progress I've made. You should be too! Because you have made real progress!
