I have spent this entire day sabotoshing myself with food....I have many reasons I think I may be doing this......while searching through old blogs this is what I wrote exactly 1 year ago.
Although I have lost 35.4 pounds in the last year one thing remains the same if I want to lose weight I have to be on track with food and exercise 100% it just doesn't work for me otherwise!
GET ON TRACK! While I love my fitbit I really wish they would come out with one that is verbally abusive ... I really need it to put me in my place sometimes!
