Yes after 5 weeks of either gaining or sustaining and changing my way of exercise, i finally did it! lost 1lb!!! i switched with videos to do for my cardio and strengthing. I used the YogaBootyBallet light and easy dvd and the 2 dvds that I got from getting the new spark book before it came out!!
And my mom has a bunch of these types of videos and keep doing this!!!
I will be doing biggest loser again in the winter!!! this is the going on the last week for the fall challenge. I am also doing the November challenge in 10k a day spark team, my goal is to do 50k a week and 150k a month for this challenge!
