So I get on the scale this morning thinking I'd be the same as last week ( and the week before ) but nooooooo!!! I managed to gain 2 pounds! I moved the scale to various spots in the room, but it didn't change the fact that I gained exactly 2 pounds. I couldn't even take more clothes off because I didn't have much on at the time. Needless to say, I'm beyond upset with myself but I know what I have to do - get back on track & track everything I do & eat. I have been slacking lately & have gotten a little lazy, so it really serves me right.
My new short term goal is to lose those stupid 2 pounds in 2 weeks.
