Part of reaching any number of your goals is you're ability to be daring to stretching yourself and willing to sacrifice for that dream. Most aren't willing to sacrifice for what they truly want. Be willing to sacrifice ~ and that doesn't always mean in a bad way. Maybe you have to sacrifice that extra 30 minutes of sleep to get a workout in OR not going out on Friday night with your friends. How bad do you really want it?

    So true!! It takes so much more then wishing it away. Everyday it's a conscious decision to make lifestyle changes and get moving!
