oah man. how I've been putting on weight recently is not ideal.
I just feel flat out uncomfortable in most clothes now. whoops.
Blame it on a huge box of medjool dates and other 'healthy' things eaten in unhealthy portions, and blame it on skipping workouts because I felt too full to move my butt. It's time to get back into gear. 128 lbs is healthy, yes, and I am blessed to be able to look 'fit' within a ~20 lb range. I've accepted where I am at right now, and I am ready to get back into a healthy lifestyle with healthy portions and exercise.
Who out there is with me? Anyone need an accountabili-buddy? I'm looking for someone to update daily with on accomplishments and help each other attain their goals to become a better version of themselves - no, the BEST version of themselves!
