SparkCoach says I need to prepare a list of meal ideas for when I'm short on time. So here goes.
Cereal with flaxseed, nuts, and fruit
Scrambled egg whites with picante sauce, a piece of toast, and a banana
Tuna salad sandwich with spinach leaves and some grapes
Leftovers (this is my usual go-to for lunch)
Dinner (this one is much harder):
Open faced BLT using turkey bacon
