Good Morning Friends.
Very tired today. I even went to bed an hour earlier last night (10p). Got a few things done last night. I think I just have 1 more assignment (the last project) in my evil T/TH class then the final exam left. I have a few more assignments for my Wednesday class. Going to try to knock out a couple of those, well the ones that are given so far plus knock out the project and then I want to start a study guide things especially for my T/TH class so I can Ace the finals! I would like to "go out with a bang" LOL. Other than that just my normal busy chaos. I am so not organized at home. Things are getting done last minute, some things I don't care to put off but some things like paper shuffling type of things, well it just stresses me out when I don't get certain things done in a more timely manner. Kinda like a work ethic thing I guess. I don't know what I am trying to say, I am way overtired!
Evil scale was up again this week. Up 1.8 lbs. So I am getting closer to my evil starting/birthing weight from 5 years ago. I tell you I am definitely consistent with tipping the scale UGH! Anyways, I have just come to the conclusion, life constantly on the go is not good for those trying to loss weight! I would like to say that its just because I am irregular pretty bad this week well last couple weeks and that its because TOM is getting ready to make his presence known but, even though those may contribute, the main factor is ME and MY LIFESTYLE! I have to make the right choices, I need to plan better, I need to fit being healthy into my hectic lifestyle! Actually I know that the last one should really be the other way around but I am too crazy to even figure that out right now!
So last week I made Jason take the remaining chocolate Halloween candy to work after my WIN. I just knew I wouldn't keep my hands off it! Unfortunately I have had a few binge days this week still. Not candy, but cocoa pebbles, fruity pebbles, some cookies, pudding, Not all those at once, but different days. We ate out quite a few times last week too. I really got to get this in check! I would like to start tracking in SP tracker again. I track on paper but some things I forget and I just would like to see it in my tracker!
My cardio is still mainly walking, which I got a lot of last week but I know my body is too used to it. I really need to change it up! I definitely have to get on the ball with ST! This is a must, 1 day is not good enough!
I failed all my weekly goals except the cardio and really I don't feel I met that either because all I did was walk and while I got great minutes I sure didn't get a lot of higher intensity workouts (videos and stuff) like I wanted.
Goals for the week:
1. Lose 1lb (BLC 3.36/wk, Fall 5% 3.54/wk, Thanksgiving 3.9/week=need to lose per week to meet goal)
2. Cardio - 30+m walking per day PLUS 2 high intensity 15+m workout sessions
3. ST - TNT PLUS 2 sessions
4. No bad food binges!
5. 1 fast food day allowed
6. Track food 1 complete day
