Day 4 to 90. No Excuses! No Rationalization! No Failure!
Healthy Body: Juice Breakfast Lunch & Dinner, Chia Seeds for protein & Fiber, 1 Gal of water/ 30 min cardio on elliptical, core & chest
Healthy Life: Read chapters 4-8 answer all questions in the back of the book and all learning objectives for today's midterm exam. Midterm exam & 500 word essay due today.
Follow Daily & Weekly Cleaning Schedule; Vacuum Stairs, mop floors, toilets & Sinks, master shower, fans
Healthy Mind: write in my journal before food goes in my mouth
Healthy Spirit: read 4 entries in simple abundance, Day 1&2 and Nov 12th &13th
I rationalized dinner last night, but once it came I made a choice to leave the bun off the burger. I have to let go of the unhealthy dinners! I'm hovering at 167.6 and it's time to start heading down again. I did okay yesterday and finally gave up about 7:30pm when the fever and chills started to kick in.
Today I'm going to make our dinner juice as soon as I get home so dinner is already in the fridge waiting when we get hungry. Once I get through this midterm week I'll be able to focus on leading a more balanced life. Slowly bur surely things are improving.
