I am sticking to my plan for the most part. I put my workout clothes on first thing and then down for coffee/quiet time and computer time. Hubby went back to work today, so when he went up to get ready, I put in my workout DVD and got moving. I was a little sore from yesterday, but only did cardio today, no weights.
I thought about walking to work, but it was raining and I'm just too wimpy to venture out in the cold (hence, the workout DVD's). Unfortunately, it was super busy at work and I didn't get away from my desk for any walking besides my trips to and from the bathroom~lol!
We had leftovers for dinner. I wanted to do a short yoga workout, but we ended up watching The Voice which we had recorded from last night.
Here's how my day went...
1. Do a workout in the morning before work~YES
2. Drink 8 glasses water~YES
3. 5,000 steps daily (at least)~NO (3423 steps)
4. Track food~YES (1538 cals)
Wt today: 162.0 lbs
